Sustainable collaboration

"Change is the only constant in life" (Heraclitus).

The world is constantly changing. We are well aware of these changes among our customers, in society and worldwide. Our philosophy of always learning from these changes and working with them consciously is what drives us at Katara. Making the connection. Getting people moving together, a sustainable movement. Sustainable for people, for relationships and for this planet.

But what does sustainability mean to us?

As Katara, we want to commit ourselves to making this world a better place. We believe it is important to take our responsibility and investigate how we collaborate with our environment and what the impact is on people and the environment.

Healthy people, healthy partnerships

Our activities such as coaching, project work, change guidance, ... mainly focus on human interactions in which personal well-being, inclusion, lifelong learning and awareness play a central role. Personal well-being also includes being able to "be yourself" with attention to your social context and identity. Because we believe it is important to treat our coachees with respect, we follow the 'ICF Code of Ethics' of the International Coaching Federation (link). Perhaps obvious to some, but let us be explicit and indicate that we always respect internationally recognized human rights as described in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (link).

We also work on our physical and mental health every day. "Mens sana in corpore sano" or "A healthy mind in a healthy body" is a basic condition for cooperation (whether in a team, project or personal context). It feels natural to also test and monitor this in our interactions with customers.
